Free cancellation is offered within 48 hours of making your booking. Regrettably full
refunds cannot be given if a block booking is cancelled after 48 hours of booking.
Once a block has started, no refunds will be issued for cancelled or missed classes
and we are currently unable to offer swaps for missed classes. We understand that
cancellations may occur due to unavoidable or unpredicted circumstances, if you
need to cancel please contact us via e-mail at enquiries@mewstonepilates.com with
as much notice as possible and allowances may be given in exceptional
circumstances.
