I'm a Chartered Physiotherapist with over 17 years of experience, 14 of those spent focused on musculoskeletal outpatients, and more recently specialising in Pelvic Health and perinatal exercise.

Most of my career has been within the NHS, though I've also worked privately in New Zealand and within the winter sports sector, as well as with Nuffield Health treating acute and chronic injuries and post-op patients.

I trained with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI) and have run clinical Pilates classes for people recovering from injury or surgery, alongside qualifications in Antenatal and Postnatal Pilates.

I truly believe in the power movement has on both body and mind and I can't wait to bring that energy to your sessions.
