​When booking onto a Mewstone Pilates class we require you to share your personal information as part of the health screen, to ensure you are suitable for the class and to allow us to tailor the class to your needs.  We require your contact information to inform you of class cancellations, gain feedback from your sessions or for marketing promotion. For these purposes we may contact you by e-mail or telephone. If you wish to be removed from our mailing list, please contact us via e-mail. Any information gathered from your booking form will be stored on our Wix.com website platform for a minimum of 8 years as per NHS England’s Record Management Code of Practise. If you have any significant changes to your health or

Mewstone Pilates use Google forms to gather information about class participants prior to their classes and also may use this to gain feedback following the classes. All files uploaded to Google Drive or created in Forms are encrypted in transit and at rest. Google Forms regularly undergo independent verification of their security, privacy, and compliance controls. Mewstone Pilates control your data. Google forms never use your Forms content for ad purposes and never sell your personal information to third parties. Mewstone Pilates will never sell or share your personal information to any third parties. ​It is your right to request a copy of your personal
